Lynda Farren served as my property manager for approximately 4 years, for a rental home that I own in the area. During that period of time, the house was occupied by the same tenant, whom was found by Lynda. The rent was always on time. Sure, during that period of time there were a few minor issues/repairs, all were handled promptly and professionally by Lynda without any problems. The main reason that I hired her to handle my properties is that she knows the rental market in this area. As far as I know, she is the only one up here that does know the rental market. She is extremely honest to the point she will tell me not to buy a house, even though she will not make a sale, ifshe thinks it is not a good rental. I can count on her to get the job done and when needed, she can be tough and stand her ground with the tenants. She is always fair and feels it is important to see both sides. Sometimes she will even strongly suggest that the tenant is right.
