All properties rented by Farren Property Management will require proof of renters insurance, paid in full, for the entire term of the lease. Monthly payments for renters insurance will not be accepted.

If you have a pet, Farren Property Management requires you to complete a Pet Screening. Please view the Pet Screening information under the Tenant tab and make sure you understand our pet screening process before applying for one of our rental properties.
